amazing holiday!

helpful staff steak restaurant

the staff was very helpful and friendly. service was fantastic both in the main dining area and the steak restaurant. i found that the dining options offered a great variety to choose from (i especially loved the seafood). the hotel exceeded my expectations.

the hotel advertises itself as ultra all-inclusive, but i was unable to book any of the restaurants on my first night. it could have been better.

the team at guest relations was helpful in organizing special events. i observed that the staff was very kind, always smiling, and cute. i received thoughtful and well-needed support throughout my stay.

The food and beverage choices were great. Live cooking stations were available. i saw a wide variety of delicious options that could suit everyone's tastes. a dedicated kids buffet was also available (my kids were thrilled).

heated pool attentive staff various drinks great facilities

The resort provides facilities for all ages and offers a variety of drinks. The pool for adults is heated and has multiple features. The staff was very attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed.

The reception could be busy at times, leading to a slight delay during check-in, but it wasn't a major issue.

The beautiful room had a comfortable bed. The room included a minibar restocked daily with water and soft drinks. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It was very convenient.

The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is a kids club with various activities to keep children engaged (my children really enjoyed it!). The pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The service in the main dining area was fantastic. One staff member, Anastasia, provided really good support from before my arrival until my departure.

The kids club was a highlight for my children, with the staff providing many engaging activities. food was delicious with live cooking stations (i especially liked the omelets). the all-inclusive deal. I didn't have to worry about extra expenses.

the gym had various equipment. it had many machines and felt clean! i appreciated azlarab's assistance. he gave me help with correct form during my exercises.

I requested two king beds. i got a room with one king bed and two single beds instead. after i checked in, the beds were joined. i paid extra for a sea view room but only got a partial view..
