the staff was very helpful and friendly. service was fantastic both in the main dining area and the steak restaurant. i found that the dining options offered a great variety to choose from (i especially loved the seafood). the hotel exceeded my expectations.

the hotel advertises itself as ultra all-inclusive, but i was unable to book any of the restaurants on my first night. it could have been better.

The resort provides facilities for all ages and offers a variety of drinks. The pool for adults is heated and has multiple features. The staff was very attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed.

The reception could be busy at times, leading to a slight delay during check-in, but it wasn't a major issue.

The beautiful room had a comfortable bed. The room included a minibar restocked daily with water and soft drinks. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It was very convenient.

The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is a kids club with various activities to keep children engaged (my children really enjoyed it!). The pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section.
